30-day returns

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To start a return, email fuzhudaiwei@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered — in those cases we cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

1-year warranty

Every product carries a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails under normal use within one year, contact us for a free replacement — no return needed for clear defect cases.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or lack original packaging may be refused or refunded partially. Final-sale items (if any) are marked as such on the product page.
